What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across search, social and other channels, ensuring delivery against agreed strategies and media plans.
- Own or contribute to paid media strategy and media plans to outline our approach to achieving client objectives.
- Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure spend is efficient and aligned with client goals.
- Apply optimisation best practices to improve efficiency, ROI and overall performance.
- Provide clear briefs to clients for any elements they are required to produce or contribute so that we can deliver successful campaigns.
- Produce clear, actionable reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, with commentary on results, trends and recommendations.
- Conduct competitor and category analysis to highlight opportunities and inform future strategies.
- Support with or oversee research, testing and planning, including creative testing and audience insights.
- Own execution of A/B and multivariate testing to identify the most effective approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging paid media tools, features and opportunities, sharing relevant developments with the team.
- Act as the day-to-day client contact for campaign delivery, budget and reporting queries.
- Present updates, insights and performance results with clarity and confidence during client calls and check-ins.
- Overseeing or directing junior members that are supporting any of the above areas.
- Contribute to improvement in paid media process, toolkit, reporting, etc.

What You Will Need
Requirements:
Essential
- 3-4+ years experience in paid media management, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong executional proficiency in paid media platforms (with a focus on Meta and Google).
- Ability to work independently when necessary and have a proactive mindset; you don’t always know the answer but you are determined to figure it out.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Experience working with e-commerce and lead generation focused businesses (D2C and B2B).
- Comfortable with client communication: able to explain the “what” and “why” behind campaign activity.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in managing and optimising product feeds across Meta Commerce Manager and Google Merchant Center, including experience with third-party feed management tools
