PROJECT
MANAGER
We are looking for a Project Manager to own the successful delivery of ecommerce and growth projects across a portfolio of client accounts.
This role sits within our Project Management function and is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project scope and timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
You will lead communication across your client portfolio, proactively manage delivery risks, and ensure work progresses efficiently through internal teams. You will work closely with the PM Lead and wider delivery team while taking ownership of the day-to-day management and commercial performance of your accounts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Project Delivery & Ownership

Own the successful delivery of assigned client accounts and retainers.

Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

Build and maintain project plans that ensure work is delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Ensure projects remain aligned to agreed objectives, budgets, and priorities.

Drive accountability across teams to maintain delivery momentum.
Client Management & Communication -
Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for your client accounts.

Lead client communications, project updates, status meetings, and delivery discussions.
-
Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive management.
-
Manage expectations around timelines, scope, priorities, and deliverables.

Escalate strategic or commercial concerns where appropriate.
Execution & Team Coordination -
Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, media, retention, and development.

Ensure deliverables move smoothly through internal workflows.

Manage priorities and dependencies across multiple projects simultaneously.

Support teams in overcoming blockers and maintaining progress.
-
Ensure all project information is accurately maintained within project management systems.
Risk, Issue & Scope Management -
Identify, manage, and resolve project risks before they impact delivery.

Monitor scope changes and ensure work remains commercially viable.

Make informed decisions to keep projects on track while balancing client needs and business priorities.

Escalate significant delivery, commercial, or relationship risks when required.
Commercial & Performance Management -
Monitor account performance, utilisation, budgets, and project profitability.

Ensure time tracking, reporting, and project data are accurate and up to date.

Support forecasting and resource planning across your client portfolio.

Contribute to the commercial success and long-term growth of client accounts.
Process Improvement & Team Support -
Contribute to improving project management processes, systems, and ways of working.

Share best practices and help maintain delivery standards across the team.

Support and mentor Project Executives as they develop their project management skills.

Champion consistency, organisation, and operational excellence across client delivery.
