EXECUTIVE
As Paid Media Executive, you’ll play a key hands-on role supporting campaign setup, optimisation and reporting across paid media clients, working closely with the paid media manager the wider Growth team.
You’ll build, monitor and optimise campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google Ads, ensuring delivery against client strategies and targets. This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of paid media to build expertise, take ownership of delivery tasks and grow within a high-performing agency team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support the setup, management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across search, social and other digital channels.

Assist with daily and weekly checks to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly, budgets are on track and performance targets are met.

Conduct keyword research, audience building and creative uploads according to briefs and best practices.

Support the paid media team in creating weekly and monthly performance reports, summarising results, trends and key insights.

Contribute to testing plans and help document results.

Assist with data collection and analysis to support optimisation recommendations.

Conduct competitor and category research to inform strategy and planning.

Help maintain and improve campaign processes, toolkits and documentation.

Stay up-to-date with paid media trends and new platform features.

Collaborate with colleagues across Growth, Creative and E-commerce to ensure campaign work is aligned and integrated.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1-2 years’ experience in paid media (agency experience preferred).

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.

Understanding of performance metrics.

A data-driven mindset and confidence working with numbers.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-
Curiosity and eagerness to learn; you don’t always know the answer but you’re keen to find it.

Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines across multiple projects.
