CO-ORDINATOR
CRM, digital marketing, and client delivery while working alongside experienced specialists across multiple client accounts.
As a Growth Coordinator, you'll support Ecommerce, CRM and/or paid managers by delivering high-quality execution across clients. Working within client Squads, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of ecommerce disciplines whilst working closely with a team ready to help aid your own growth and development.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with ecommerce or agency experience who is eager to learn, take ownership of recurring tasks, and progress into a specialist role over time.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Requirements

Previous experience in ecommerce or a digital agency environment.

Excellent written English and communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Comfortable managing work across multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Strong spreadsheet skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Key Responsibilities

Upload and maintain products across ecommerce platforms.

Create and update product collections, navigation, and merchandising.
-
Schedule promotional campaigns and website content updates.
-
Perform website quality assurance (QA) before launches.
-
Update homepage content and promotional banners.
-
Test customer journeys across desktop and mobile devices.
-
Support managers with day-to-day trading activities.
-
Prepare weekly trading and performance reports.
-
Build and schedule email marketing campaigns
-
Build campaign flows from supplied briefs.
-
QA email campaigns before deployment.
-
Upload campaign creative assets.
-
Assist with website launches, project updates, and reporting across multiple client accounts.
