
ECOMMERCE
As an Ecommerce Executive, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of trading activity and the continuous optimisation of Shopify stores. In this fast-moving, multi-account role, you will take on real responsibility from day one, ensuring that platforms are meticulously managed, data is turned into actionable insights, and commercial KPIs are consistently met.
Working closely with the wider agency team, you’ll ensure that all onsite execution aligns seamlessly with broader brand and growth strategies.
Commercially sharp and highly detail-oriented, you will draw upon your solid experience within a DTC brand to drive performance, whilst continuously learning and progressing your career within a vibrant agency environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Carry out day-to-day merchandising, product updates and non-technical maintenance of client ecommerce sites (primarily Shopify)

Ensure product information, pricing and site content is accurate and up to date

Support the delivery of trading plans to achieve revenue and ROAS targets
-
Implement promotional activity, including homepage updates, landing pages and campaign assets

Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns across all client sites

Monitor key ecommerce metrics including traffic, conversion and revenue
-
Produce regular client reports (weekly and monthly)
-
Identify performance trends and highlight opportunities for improvement

Contribute to wider ecommerce and trading strategies

Support prioritisation of activity based on commercial impact

Assist in aligning onsite activity with broader marketing efforts

Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
-
Participate in client meetings (virtual and in-person)

Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

Identify and report site issues, working with internal and external teams to resolve them
-
Support ongoing optimisation of the ecommerce experience

Contribute to improving user journey and onsite performance
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an ecommerce or trading role (ideally D2C or agency)
-
Good understanding of ecommerce platforms (particularly Shopify)
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organisational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to analyse data and translate into actionable insights
-
Commercial awareness and understanding of ecommerce KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)
