THE BRAND 

H&M is one of the largest and most recognisable names in fashion, with over 4,000 stores in more than 70 markets and online sales in 60 markets, with a commitment to making fashion accessible to all in a sustainable way. Customers can express themselves through the brand’s diverse, fashionable and current assortment, which includes everything from unique designer collaborations and functional sportswear to affordable wardrobe essentials, beauty products and accessories.

THE CHALLENGE 

H&M were looking to develop a strategy and solution architecture that would allow them to seamlessly onboard and launch influencer campaigns and aggressively scale this element of their business, plugged into their production and backend.

OUR SOLUTION

The Heur team acted as hands-on CMO, CTO and COO for the project. We directly managed partnerships with development and tech partners acting on H&M's behalf, delivering a build using a bespoke Shopify CMS theme and global integration with ERP, WMS, CRM and 3PLs, allowing for turn-key influencer launches that could go live within weeks of being signed.

This enabled H&M to scale with ease, driving revenue growth and time-to-market whilst slashing operational costs.
